Kanye West and his wife Bianca Censori officially intend on suing dentist Dr. Thomas Connelly after the rapper allegedly developed a chemical dependency on nitrous oxide as a result of the medical professional's alleged misconduct. DailyMail.com obtained the letter of notice informing Connelly of the couple's decision to move forward with the lawsuit, in which they accuse the dentist of engaging in 'inappropriate and dangerous practices that were far outside the bounds of any legitimate medical purpose or standard of care.
