Fans of pop superstar Justin Bieber showed their concern after a disconcerting TikTok video of the Canadian singer attending the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival surfaced Sunday. In the video, the Baby singer, 31, was seen leaning forward while shirtless in khaki pants while standing with concertgoers at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California. In another part of the TikTok clip, the two-time Grammy winner was smoking something while seated in a separate area clad in a gray hoodie while attending the desert event.
