Peter Crouch has named one of Chelsea's new signings as one of his top three arrivals of the summer in the Premier League. The Blues were once again active in the transfer market as they spent £220m, completing deals for a number of players including the likes of Joao Felix, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and Filip Jorgensen. They continue to spend money under the Clearlake ownership, while several other stars, including Conor Gallagher and Raheem Sterling, departing on either loan or permanent deals after being banished to Enzo Maresca's 'bomb squad'.
