Every year, the TV world is a double-edged sword. Sure, we get many new shows to get excited about. But we also lose beloved exhibits and underrated gems to cancellations. 2024 is not any totally different.
2024's cancellations to date have been brutal. The loss of Our Flag Means Death prompted fan mourning and collective action to save lots of the present, including taking out a billboard in Times Square. The '70s-set comedy Minx obtained axed by Starz, its second cancellation after Max canceled it in 2022. And the lack of Schmigadoon! means we'll by no means get to listen to the 25 new songs already written for Season three. We're being robbed here!
